Worship
Join us for on Sunday mornings and take a spiritual deep breath. It’s a delight to gather together – in the midst of a busy world – to study God’s Word, offer praises, share our worries, and enjoy the presence of the Holy Spirit and each other. Kids can play in children’s church & nursery or join their parents in the Sanctuary. Come sing a favorite hymn, pray with your faith community, consider new insight, and greet your neighbors. Just for Kids!
Each Sunday, kids head to Children’s Church! while their parents take a spiritual deep breath. This lively, mixed-age group explores themes from the Bible through interactive storytelling, arts and crafts, music, prayer time, and free play. Nursery is available beginning at 10am each Sunday.
Small Groups
Several small groups gather weekly at Epworth or in homes to study God’s Word and engage in lively spiritual discussion. It’s a great opportunity to explore a variety of real world questions, make new friends, and gain some true spiritual substance. Find a small group that fits you >>
Music
At the heart of worship is the music that speaks to our souls and gives voice to our inner thoughts. The choir is an integral part of worship, with community talent sharing everything from classical guitar and piano solos to Dixieland jazz and storytelling blues. Join in the joyful noise! >>
Centering Prayer
Pause mid-week to reflect on God’s promises, encourage one another, and share joyful events. It’s all part of Community Prayer at Epworth. Come as you are – on the way home from work, en route to a ballgame, with or without the kids – and join in a half-hour of prayer. It’s life-changing.>>

Internships
Each year, Epworth welcomes a student pastoral intern from The Candler School of Theology at Emory University. Internships are student-initiated practical experience for which the student gains academic credit at Candler while participating in the day-to-day activities of our faith community.
